RECOMMENDATION

They are an incredibly hearty and versatile vegetable which are delicious roasted, mashed, steamed, baked in their skins or made into chips.

If you are not eating organic sweet potatoes and wish to eat the skin, be sure to wash them thoroughly before consumption as they do tend to retain some pesticides on the skin surface. You can mix 10% white vinegar and 90 percent warm water and soak for around 10 minutes then rub and rinse.
