Why Organic Butter is good for us

Grass-fed organic butter is a good source of vitamin A and the antioxidant beta carotene. It also contains a higher proportion of CLA (a type of fat that may have cancer-fighting properties) than regular butter. What’s more, it provides vitamins K2, a form of vitamin K that plays an important role in our bone and heart health. Organic dairy cows are not exposed to, or are exposed to less pesticides, herbicides and other toxins.

Moderate amounts of organic butter has been found to help reduce inflammation and improve our immune system, however excessive amounts of dairy should be avoided.
